I think the dracula character was the main character. I know there was a witch. I don't think it was a very popular cartoon. I think it was about the kids of the town not being scared of Halloween characters anymore. I know that's not much info. I can picture the dracula changing into a bat(maybe at one point he has trouble changing into a bat) and sleeping in his coffin. It's driving me nuts. Hoping someone might have an idea?
