3ds Max, lightwave, maya and poser are all 3D animation packages, which means that in non of them you 'draw' the character, but rather model them in 3D.
While you can create cartoon-looking videos with 3D animation, 3D animation is typically much more complex.
Poser is a relatively easy-to-learn software, but it's also very limited.
I don't know Anime Studio, but from the looks of it, it is a 2D animation software, so it's primarily for cartoons.
About morphing videos (and I assume you mean making a morphing sequence from one image/movie to another) - It looks like none of the software packages you mentioned handles 2D morphing, although there are many that are dedicated to morphing.
