 Wizard of Oz Anime (from no later than the mid 90's)? I remember a cartoon movie from when I was young. any help would be appreciated and 10 points for the name. There was a animated series based on the wizard of oz, I thought it was called "The Wonderful World of Oz" it is Japanese but was purchased and dubbed in English it was on TV in Canada for a long time and the there is a large paper crane in it that a few characters use various times to get around. I remember seeing Princess Ozma and Gilda (who looks nothing like in the movie) riding it. But they stand on it like it's a chariot. Anyway they also made a movie version of the series, I assume it looks very similar. I don't remember if I saw the movie version, I used to watch the series everyday. |
