How can i source cartoon character clothing,bags,keyrings,posters,wallets within the uk?

Basically i am looking to source clothing from all the greatest cartoon characters of the 80s like dangermouse,bananaman,trapdoor,thundercats,yogibear,wacky races,stop the pigeon also looking at bags,keyrings,posters,wallets etc

how would you go about starting an animation project?

While drawing are you supposed to rest your hand on the paper?

I have always doodled and had a passion of animation/drawing cartoons but I just cant seem to. I have seen people draw with their hand resting some with their hand above the paper. Tips?
