In order to get the fixes for the above DVDs, if your version is 3.2.3, you may just click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Check Update" to download them manually. If your version is lower than 3.2.3, please first upgrade to this version.
If you still failed on those DVDs, that mostly means the edition of your DVD isn't one of which they've known. Please just keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files", and then you will get a .buz file, just save it to your desktop, then enclose it in your email, they will give you a fix within one business day.
