I want to do some animated shorts, combining shoddily draw animation with live-action and stills plus music/voice overs. What is the best FREE flash animation program on the net.
I'm running a 1.3gh PC with 512mb of ram and 64mb graphics card on Windows ME so nothing to fancy that is going to ka-bloomy my puter please  .

Flash animation are made by Flash the software by Macromedia/Adobe. This sofware is not free. Flash player is free but you can only play Flash animation or game.
