 Halloween Specials and cartoons? I'm putting together a DVD for Halloween, I have two questions to ask of you. Does anybody know of a good place to download Halloween specials? I already looked on Piratebay, Ares, Bittorrent, Mininova, and some others. Please don't list any unless they have something I can't find with the one's I just mentioned. The second question is, I can't think of anymore Halloween specials or episodes or movies. Can you please right down your old favorites or any you can think of? Thanks There were a lot of old Warner Brothers cartoons that had a Halloween theme to them: Bewitched Bunny - Bugs Bunny disguises himself as a truant officer to rescue the two fairy tale kids Hansel (Hansel? Hansel?! Hansel??) and Gretel from Witch Hazel. Broomstick Bunny - Bugs goes trick-or-treating as a witch, who appears to be uglier than Hazel. A Witch's Tangled Hare - Bugs encounters Hazel again, this time in an old castle, providing inspiration to another guest in the castle. Transylvania 6-5000 - Bugs checks into the castle of Count Bloodcount, mistaking it as a hotel, and encounters a vampire with hilarious results. My favorite part is the duel between the two, using the magic word "Abra Cadabra" and "Hocus Pocus." Bugs turns himself into a baseball bat, and then the Count (also a bat of the vampire kind) asks if he would hit a bat with glasses on (which he suddenly wears). Bugs hits him anyway. Jeepers Creepers - Porky Pig, as a police officer, receives a call to investigate some goings-on at an old abandoned house, purported to be haunted. Scaredy Cat - Porky and Sylvester move into a quiet, quaint, peaceful old house. Or is it? Claws For Alarm - This time Porky and Sylvester check into a hotel in a quiet little town. But, things aren't always as they seem. Jumpin' Jupiter - Porky and Sylvester take a camping trip, but Sylvester realizes they're not the only ones. One of my favorite Disney cartoons with a Halloween theme is "The Skeleton Dance". It's in black and white, but it's still cool. Another Disney one is "Trick Or Treat", featuring another Witch Hazel (different from the one in the Warner Brothers cartoons), helping Donald's nephews get their candy from him. |

Walter Elias "Walt" Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) was an American film producer, director, screenwriter, voice actor, animator, entrepreneur, entertainer, international icon and philanthropist. Disney is famous for his influence in the field of entertainment during the twentieth century. As the co-founder (with his brother Roy O. Disney) of Walt Disney Productions, Disney became one of the best-known motion picture producers in the world. The corporation he co-founded, now known as The Walt Disney Company, today has annual revenues of approximately U.S. $35 billion.
Disney is particularly noted for being a film producer and a popular showman, as well as an innovator in animation and theme park design. He and his staff created a number of the world's most famous fictional characters including Mickey Mouse, a character for which Disney himself was the original voice. He received fifty-nine Academy Award nominations and won twenty-six Oscars, including a record four in one year,[1] giving him more awards and nominations than any other individual. He also won seven Emmy Awards. He is the namesake for Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in the United States, Japan, France, and China.
Disney died of lung cancer on December 15, 1966, a few years prior to the opening of Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
