![]() Which business has better profit margin, wall decals/stickers, melamine tableware, or licensing? We are a group of friends wanting to venture out on our own. We're considering these 3 type of businesses, but we're just not sure which business will bring better returns in terms of costing, labor, and marketing. People are more familiar with cartoon characters designs, such as strawberry shortcake, etc, rather than our own designs. But is licensing business really more profitable? Any guide/books available on creative business/manufacturing? Thanks beforehand. I promise you- try this site! You can try it for FREE and you can do sooooo much more than just stickers. You can do t-shirts, buttons, hats, totes, mousepads, posters, magnets...... You can use your own designs or if you want to get into licensing, you can do that. http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize?pid=5720193 You do the designing and add everything to products- the company fills the orders, handles payments, does customer service- it's an easy way to dip your toe into the water if you are serious about your cartooning. |

Underwater Nursery Theme: 5 Ways To Decorate Fast
Not everyone has scads of money to spend on nursery décor and if you find yourself short on time, here are a few ways to get an awesome underwater nursery theme in no time at all.
An underwater nursery theme is a lot of fun to create and very simple to do. It can be quite relaxing and grow with your baby, too. So, just how do you get the perfect underwater baby room? Here are some tips.
1. Underwater wallpaper borders. These come ready to put up. You just need to measure the room and make sure you get it even, then follow the directions to run the fish border around the room!
2. Paint in blues. If you are using a wallpaper border, you can paint the top half of the room light blue, while the lower half is darker. This creates the illusion of water. If you want to be a bit more complicated without the border, split the walls into three parts and paint the lightest blue at the top, the darkest at the bottom.
3. Wall decals. These let you create an instant underwater theme! Just peel and stick fish sticker around the underwater nursery for a fun look. You'll find that there are cartoon fish, as well as more realistic ones.
4. Change the bedding. The crib will likely be the focal point for your underwater nursery theme, so get a baby blanket that fits the theme. You can also get entire underwater theme sets, with crib sheets, bumpers, etc. but the real decoration is the quilt.
5. Add some prints. You can cute magazine pictures of marine life out and laminate them to hang around the room, or you can buy actual paintings and framed photos to decorate the room. Just make sure they are out of reach once your little one grows a bit.
An underwater nursery theme is the perfect way to welcome your baby and it really doesn't have to be too expensive or difficult to do.
