“Design” has a millions of suggestion for that particular word but not the exact definition. Since it is everywhere - and that's why looking for a definition may not help you grasp what it is. But nurses or road sweepers could say they, too, 'make things better for people'.
2Dimensional refers to objects that are constructed on two planes namely X and Y, or height and width, or row and column, etc. where as the 3Dimensional refers to objects that are constructed on three planes namely X, Y and Z. 2D structures can be used to illustrate a 3D object; It should be created as a 3D drawing in a 3D drawing program in order to interactively rotate an object for different views,
