What movie has people drinking in a house then the girl goes in the bedroom when a cartoon comes out tv? Its a parody kind of....the cartoon comes out of tv and i think hes a doctor with a costume on and has a monkey as an assistant and they operate on people its basically a comedy weird movie. Its on dvd now not sure when it was made but its not older then 2000. very weird movie. ...that was 2002's riotously gruesome & hilariously horrific horror/comedy, called "Terror Toons"; the director of this film, Joe Castro, recently released a sequel to his 2002 cult direct-to-video phenomenon (...with different 'cartoon' characters), and having kept e-mail tabs on Joe, I have recently found out that he is on the cusp of releasing a third chapter to the "...Toons" series...
